Apple Crisp

  • 4 cups apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 7 Tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Place apples in a 9×13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour water and lemon juice over the apples. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
