- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper, to taste
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until the mushrooms have released their liquid. Thoroughly stir in the cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
