Horseradish Carrots

  • 6 carrots, chopped or sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, softened

Blanch carrots in salt water. Mix in onion, horseradish, and mayo. Pour water over the carrot mix.

In a separate bowl, combine butter and breadcrumbs. Crumble the bread crumb mixture over the carrots.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
