Hudson Highland Cup Cocktail
- 2 cups ice
- 2 oz. scotch whiskey
- 1 tsp. apple butter
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. maple syrup
- 1 dash hard cider
- 1 apple slice
Fill a shaker with ice. Add scotch, apple butter, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
Shake and strain into highball glass with ice.
Top with hard cider; garnish with apple slice.
