Mango Burst
- 1-2 ripe mangos
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- coarse sea salt, to taste
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Slice the mango into bite sized pieces in a small bowl. Pour the lime juice over the mango, and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat evenly.
Lay the mango pieces out on a plate or shallow bowl, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Serve with toothpicks.
