Nutella Swirl Banana Bread

  • 2 cups bananas, fermented and mashed
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. rum
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • tsp. baking soda
  • tsp. salt
  • ½ cup Nutella

Mix together brown sugar, butter, milk, eggs, vanilla, and rum. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until smooth. Add bananas and mix until just combined.

Microwave the Nutella for 20-30 seconds to soften. Swirl in ⅔ of the Nutella into the banana bread batter.

Coat two bread loaf pans with butter or cooking oil. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.

Swirl the rest of the Nutella into the top of the batter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
