Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedges
- 4 russet potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
Slice each potato into eight long wedges. Toss the potatoes and olive oil in a large bowl until coated. In another bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Toss the potato wedges in the seasoning mixture until coated.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the potato wedges on the baking sheet skin side down.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
