- 4 cups yellow potatoes, diced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
Mix the olive oil, garlic salt, salt, paprika, pepper, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
Toss the potatoes in the mixture to coat evenly.
Dump the potatoes in a casserole dish being sure to coat with any remaining mixture.
Bake at 425°F stirring every 15 minutes until golden and crispy (30–45 minutes).
