Pineapple Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Crisco shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pineapple (crushed, drained)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
Cream sugars and shortening. Add in eggs. Combine in pineapple and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt, then add to the rest.
Drop spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
